The relational aspect of life dictates that one’s journey must be intertwined at least in part with another. Humanity is a relational being, this dependency is clear through interaction with each other, our relationships, our reliance on technology, the Earth, oxygen, food, water, the examples are virtually infinite. To understand this deep concept of how our existence functions is to understand certain complexities of life. We need to understand that it is OK to rely on something or someone for our own survival. To know this in fullness may just eliminate humanity’s ego and social blindness at a collective level… Stef Sifandos.

“As the true meaning of our Universe still remains unknown to the vastness of Human Kind, the question must be asked, if such beauty, wisdom and depth exists well beyond our field of psychological and sensory comprehension; then based on the assumption that we are born from the stars; is it then not possible that Human potential also carries the flame of an eternity of wisdom, depth and the potential to strive for greatness?” Stef Sifandos.

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans; that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events, issues from the decision, raising in one’s favour, all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would of come his way”. “Life is a relationship between elements, substances, consciousness and human beings”. Deepak Chopra.
It should be known that whatever we do in life, whatever our interactions may be and whatever we claim to know; these realities cannot be known without the interaction of one with another. To know the bar, the bar must know you, to be at one with the bar, you must interact accordingly and respect your surroundings, this is when you will reach a place of higher understanding and wisdom…

“Pain is an avenue to knowing yourself, your body, mind & spirit. It is a means to understanding one’s self in fullness and beyond any slight knowing of self we think we have. Pain is an access to another part of our being, our existence and a thorough knowing of our own selves. Pain is always good, although at the time physical, emotional or even psychological pain may be so intense and so hurtful that we cannot see past this anguish; we cannot possibly understand how this pain can be of any benefit to our growth and existence… This momentary pain is only a small part of the teaching. The key to connecting it all together; the apparent useless pain, the anguish, and all negativity attached to it, is reflection in the now and post reflection. This post reflection is vital to knowing why we have experienced what we have and why we have chosen the path of pain (for we all choose our paths, either consciously or unconsciously). The multi-leveled reflection allows the individual to believe and to understand why they have passed through particular experiences. Post reflection allows us to ask questions; these questions are crucial to growth and self development of the individual, hence various forms of pain promote self growth, awareness, wisdom and intelligence. But alone, pain itself cannot accommodate this freedom, layered reflection, critical thought and intense immersing in to one’s own feelings, actions, reactions and interpretations are what will allow the pain to be understood and the individual being to flourish…” Stefanos S. As we enter another year so much changes physically and psychologically. It is the calling of the Universe, the Stars and the Planets; this is not ‘mumbo jumbo’, this is Quantum Physics, this is Astronomy & this is perhaps one of the few keys to the meaning of our existence…
“The vast Abyss of the unknown is fearful for many. For those who wish tread the path of the unknown it is a journey of solitude, banishment of perceived self and isolation from the outside world. It is this intense journey within that lights the fire of confusion and places the individual being in a position of questioning all that they know to be true, to be real and to be safe. It is perseverance within suffering upon this lightened path that enables us to embrace the darkness, and to fully comprehend at a deeper level; the life that exists that is embedded in all that is…” Stefanos S. “Perhaps what we call genius has something to do with a learned state of consciousness, a way of attending to the stream of mental experience. Perhaps many more of us could hear inner melodies, find guidance and inspiration, achieve breakthrough insight – if we would only pay more attention to the fleeting images and the quiet intuitions presented to us by the creative mind”… Willis Harmen.

Today is our first day of rest for the end of this year leading in to the New Year. Rest in the way of allowing the body but primarily the mind to recover from the extreme stressors that a training environment harbors allows soft tissue rejuvenation and the chance for the mind to relax and not constantly be under pressure to perform under extreme intensity.
Relish the rest; for next year we strive to reach new goals, we strive to break old records, we strive to create new versions of ourselves and break habits that are no benefit to our success. But most of all we strive to achieve the best we can all possibly be…

“As we approach what the majority of the Western World consider the birth of one of Humanity’s most known human beings, I can not help but reflect deeply upon the past years circumstances. Whether you are a Christian who follows a lineage of Agapistic Ethics, or if you are attached to other Faiths, such as: Islamic, Baha’i, Hindu, Buddhist, Agnostic or you live your life by Atheistic principals. In the grand scheme of events what is important is the act itself.
What is relevant is how you live your life. A great starting point is self reflection. This is key to a truly blissful and giving life. Ancient Greek Philosophers were contemplating these ‘rules to live your life by’ thousands of years ago, as equally were the Vedics and Upanishads, the Egyptians, Sumerians and Babylonians. The point is that for thousands of years across various cultures close and afar the human condition has been drawn to critical, inner self reflection as key to leading a ‘good’ life.
We thank you for all that you have given us and in return we wish you wellness, we wish you plenty and we wish you give more than you receive. There is tremendous knowledge and wisdom that comes with giving selflessly and plentiful. Whether you give money, time, assistance, emotional or psychological support; whatever it is, if it is sincere it is worth its weight in gold.
It does not have to be Christmas, nor do not need to be Christian or associated with any religion or even spiritual group to give and to help others, you can simply perform this act because you are in a privileged position or have the capacity to do so”… SS.
What will you sacrifice for another???
