Reebok | CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.1
This WOD will be performed by all Cell Classes tomorrow and at our Friday Night Firebreathers.
As many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
Burpees, 40 reps
35kg (21kg) Snatch, 30 reps
Burpees, 30 reps
62.5kg (35kg) Snatch, 30 reps
Burpees, 20 reps
75kg (45kg) Snatch, 30 reps
Burpees, 10 reps
95kg Snatch (55kg), as many reps as possible

For those of you that get a little geeked out with this stuff, yes we know that the loads are not exact. Because we cannot load a bar with 20.41 kgs or 54.43kgs we have rounded. We have kept the conversion as close as possible to the pound loads prescribed by CrossFit whilst ensuring plate changes are not too fiddly and no one is disadvantaged or advantaged by the metric conversion. If you wish to complain about any of the conversions, there is probably someone sitting in a park feeding pigeons who would be interested in your gripes. We are not.
