  1. Just wanted to publicy say thanks to Stace after this morning’s Oly skills set.

    The snatch has been my nemesis ever since I joined The Cell last year for all sorts of reasons including terrible ankle mobility in my left foot.

    While I’ll never be a champion weightlifter, the few little pointers on technique and some mobility tips for my ankle saw a mini breakthrough for me this morning with the whole snatch movement.

    So big ups to ya lady!
