  1. I think today wrt death or dishonour I woud choose death and WOD was deceptively hard – been coming to The Cell since 2009 and i STILL dont learn.

    Time – couldnt see through the red mist of pain

    Started on 20kg (had been toying with idea of 22kg but no such bells – idiot!) but soon switched to 16kg KB’s

    I put it down to my thumbs being taped with white tape – black tape would have meant I could have stuck with 20kg bells
