Lunge, Left

Heaving Snatch Balance
Overhead Lunge, Left
Overhead Lunge, Right
Your score is total reps x load used. This isn’t golf, the higher the score, the better.

30 minutes of that.. definately a light load.. though the class is full so i wont be doing it
Just text you mate. Space for you to come play and yes a max load is not advised. I’m thinking 40kgs for me. A bit of strategy required to get a good score in this one
