With an Olympic Bar, perform the following for time:
Run 400m
Hang Power Clean, 50 reps
Hang Power Snatch, 50 reps

Run 400m
Back Squat, 50 reps
Front Squat, 50 reps
Overhead Squat, 50 reps

Run 400m
Shoulder Press, 50 reps
Push Press, 50 reps
Push Jerk, 50 reps

    Good (in a perverse way) WOD. HPC, HPS, BS in staright sets. Everything else was in 10′s

    Only a sweat lodge 3 way could be better.
